Pricing Information

Each treatment session is 60 minutes. During your first visit, the first part of your session (approx. 15 mins), will be dedicated to an initial occupational therapy evaluation.

$150 per 60 minute session

Pure Pathways is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance. At this time, Pure Pathways accepts cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, HSA/FSA, and credit/debit cards. Upon request, you may be provided with a "superbill" to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, as stated by your insurance plan's out-of-network benefits. No guarantee of reimbursement is made or assumed by providing a superbill.
